I have been meaning to do a lace design for some time now. I wanted to create a really fine looking lace on my nails. I painted this design with white acrylic paint over OPI Lady in Black. The whole design took about 2 hours to paint on each hand (with the right hand looking a little more 'wobbly' than the left hand!).
I really like the way this design looks, but it took 2/3 layers of top coat to smooth out the acrylic paint, so I will probably use all nail polish next time I try this design.
